Bringing GOURMET PIZZA to Sofia streets

PAESANO is a contemporary pizzeria honoring the classics.
Totally pizza focused menu – pizza, a few non-pizzas and two desserts – that’s it.
Fresh-made lemonade, craft beer and house wine complement the pizza.
To make it extra nice, we update our menu monthly with at least four seasonal specials!

Our pizzaioli are extra picky when it comes to ingredients – only the best will do.
Bio flour from a small Italian mill, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella for di latte, prime black angus beef, extra virgin olive oil, first-class black truffle – the list is long and keeps growing.
